I will also try to get a more accurate surface acreage (if you don't already have it). The "Impaired Waters" report I have does not show what the impairment is. If I could find that out, it might make some difference even though I doubt if it will. The total volume of water will determine the amount of Alpine Blue Lake Dye...I think it is a "must" for this shallow-water project.
The fountains shown here are an afterthought, but they could turn out to be your biggest selling point for the project because they will add a great amount of beauty to the park...as well as promote the circulation of the shallow water.

Without aeration running 24 hours per day, the D.O. dissipates in the night. Measuring it a half-hour or more before sunup is the key.
