YEAR 2009 Additional Note: We will need to continue the aeration to prevent the growth of Blue Green algae even further up north into the shallow waters. Once we get to all the areas growing the algae we will have prevented the geosmin in your water that causes the taste and odor problems during years of low water flow in the river. Our part of the process can be shovel ready in very short order. Getting the electricity in place is the challenge. If that gets to be too big of problem we can do it with natural gas compressors. dan
